Taking kitesurfing further Lessons

If you loved our beginner course and want to go further this is the course for you.

You will get more proficient in body dragging with the hope of getting up on the board (skills allowing)  by the end of this lesson you should be super confident at kite-flying and body dragging and may even be up on the board.

Kitesurfing Gallery

2 days of kitesurfing won’t get you to the standard of Aaron Hadlow or the Strapless kiteboarding legend Airton Cozzolino but you can look through our kitesurfing galleries to see how these guys do it, also here are a few photos of something a bit closer to home.

Testimonials

We wouldn’t want you to just take our word for it, so here are a few of the wonderful things others have said about this service…

A big thank you to David and Dan for a great one to one lesson recently.
I think that I learnt a lot from the session. Importantly, I feel that I have regained my confidence in the water.
As a result of the lesson, I know that I am able to crash and let the bar go and then be able to relaunch the kite. I can body drag back upwind to recover the board and start and ride in either direction.
I was able to ‘park’ the kite and hold an edge to track across the wind for some distance!
I know that I need to be less aggressive with flying the kite especially right foot forward but this will come with practice.
Launching from the boat and being able to spend so much time in deep water was key to my progress. Not having to trudge back up the beach and waste energy was a big plus too.
What worked most for me was having you both watching and filming what I was doing and shouting instructions through the megaphone!
So, thank you both once again for an excellent morning.

Having landed myself in Burt St Edmunds only a few months ago I was keen to get into a new water sport that I hadn’t tried, namely Kite surfing, and make new friends in the process. I booked myself a private lesson with Dave to get me started, as I didn’t feel the introductory course was necessary having spent most of my previous years wiping out in various other water sports. Dave was very friendly, relaxed and his knowledge showed immediately. His enthusiasm to pass on his knowledge is excellent. I’m definitely going to be booking more lessons with him in the future and hopefully join him and his friends, one day, on a kitesurfing adventure overseas.
